JPN Nails Studio is a place for our clients to relax.

All electronic devices must be silenced during service time. If you need to take an important phone call, please let us know in advance before your service, and we kindly ask you to step outside during that call. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time.

Service prices, products, and other charges are displayed on the JPN Nails Studio menu’s flyer, website, and point of sale system. These prices may be changed without notice.

JPN Nails Studio requires a credit card to reserve your appointment.

To book your appointment, we request a 50% deposit. We highly prioritize your appointments and reserve them exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance via call, text (872-258-7941), or Instagram (@JPN_Nails_Studio). To prevent incurring a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or attend will incur a non-refundable charge for the booked service.

Tardiness scheduled appointments have 10 minutes grace period to allow for unexpected traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please call us ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments.

Therefore:

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, partial service will be performed (no nail art, nail fixes, etc.)
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service cost.

We do not offer refunds on services or products already being rendered. To ensure your satisfaction, please check and inform your technician or a manager if you are not pleased with your services while you are still at the salon.

As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.

Our salon hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. We are happy to make accommodation for early or late evening appointments. Please note, for this service accommodation, an additional fee will be charged. The additional fee will be 45% of the total cost of services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, and non-pin debit cards. Checks are not accepted.

For your and ours safety, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.

Children are welcome but must be under adult supervision at all times. Pets of any kind are NOT ALLOWED in a nail salon at any time.

Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and may only be used towards the services.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry, purses, or bags) at home or keep them with you all the time.

Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any services. Kindly inform your technician or front desk manager about any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your services. JPN Nails Studio reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

• We ask you not to bring anyone to your appointment, use that time for yourself only.
• No food is allowed.
• No alcohol is allowed.
• No smoking (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or vapes, etc.).
• We offer complimentary drinks (water, sparkling water, coffee, and tea).

• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment.
• Anyone demonstrating inappropriate and rude behavior to our employees and/or our customers.
• Anyone who is excessively intoxicated.
